Multiple Injured In Party Boat Stabbing

(PatriotNews.net) – Several individuals sustained injuries during a dispute on a party boat in New York City. The incident occurred at Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park. 

Police responded to a call about an assault with a knife. A 32-year-old man was stabbed in the torso, while another man, 40, suffered multiple stab wounds to the chest and stomach. Additionally, a 28-year-old man was struck in the head with a bottle. All three victims were conscious and transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition. The altercation reportedly began as a verbal dispute.

Witnesses described chaotic scenes on the boat. According to Kevaun Whitely, there were fights and stabbings, prompting people to try to flee. Whitely and his brother sought safety in another area of the vessel until the situation calmed down.

The Brooklyn Army Terminal, where the incident took place, has historical significance, having served as a major military supply base during World War II.

The party boat, named Cornucopia Majesty, has the capacity to hold hundreds of passengers. The altercation reportedly escalated during an argument on board, leading to multiple injuries. The extent of the injuries is not yet clear, but none are believed to be life-threatening.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to tend to the injured and transport them to the hospital.

Videos captured the chaos. There’s a moment where a man is pushed down, and someone else seems to kick him in the face, possibly rendering him unconscious. A security guard attempts to drag his motionless body away from the commotion.

Additionally, a man in a torn shirt and a woman are seen grappling on the pavement.

Another video captures the pandemonium following the stabbing. One of the victims lies on the ground amidst the chaotic screams of bystanders.

The exact cause of the brawl remains unknown, and no arrests have been made. The party boat was evacuated by police following the incident.
